ALTA Surveys (Real Estate K3 – Commercial Survey)
An ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is the most extensive and detailed survey that can be performed by our land surveyors. The request for an ALTA survey must be in writing and must be accompanied by all deeds/easements affecting the subject property. This type of survey is typically performed on commercial properties because of the expense involved.
Boundary Surveys (Real Estate K2 – Survey)
A Boundary Survey is a common residential survey that notes all exterior points of interest/improvement on a property. Fences, drives, buildings, ohanas, utilities and all other improvements and additions will be noted on this survey. Once the survey has been completed, a map will be prepared and given to the client.
Construction Stakeout (Real Estate K1 – Staking)
A Construction Survey is performed to stake out buildings, roads, utilities and walls. Slope staking, vertical grading, horizontal grading and final as-built surveys are included.
Topographic Survey
A Topographic Survey is performed to locate improvements and topographic features like land elevations, contours, roads, ditches, utilities and embankments. This type of survey can be used to produce a Site Design Map, Subdivision Map and/or an Erosion Control Plan.
